If we placed your photo shoot or wedding on the web-ordering site,

go to www.kkstudioconnect.com and under 'user name' on the right,

type in the user name we gave you (call us if you lost it).

Postcard
If you want to place a postcard order you can print the order page

and mail it in with your check or credit card info,
or call us at 888-439-1740 or 503-910-5686.

Apparel

Apparel orders are billed through the apparel website
(click on the image of the t-shirt to get to there).

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with enlargement or postcard orders for any reason, you may return them for a full product refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the date you received your order. You pay the return shipping. When the product is received back by us, we will promptly credit your credit card or mail you a check (depending on how you paid for your order) for the amount you paid for the product (excluding shipping) that you ordered. Returns for apparel are handled according to the policies of CafePress.com (see their site for details).
